Ibanez registered two tackles (two won), one clearance and one interception in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Morocco. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 43rd minute.

Analysis: Ibanez was slotted in the right back replacing the injured Wesley and made the third-most tackles for Brazil before subbing off during halftime. The former Roma defender also won four duels on defense. He's playing for Arabian side Al-Ahli Jeddah in the last three seasons and will now battle Danilo for the starting spot against Haiti.
