Analysis: South Africa were busy on the defensive end throughout the game, so it wasn't surprising to see Okon record five clearances. Okon has started both games so far and should keep his place in the XI for the group-stage finale against South Korea on May 24.

Okon had two tackles (one won) and six clearances in Thursday's 2-0 loss to Mexico.
Analysis: At least by the numbers, Okon was South Africa's most reliable defensive presence, and he wasn't directly involved in any of the goals the team conceded. Don't be surprised if Okon remains in the XI against the Czech Republic on June 18.
